Refund Policy of Superkirana
At Superkirana, we aim to maintain transparency and ensure customer satisfaction while following fair business practices. Below are the details of our refund policy:
1. Franchise Fee Refund
The franchise fee is non-refundable once paid, as it covers administrative costs, onboarding, and initial support services.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of extreme unforeseen circumstances, subject to management approval.
2. Survey Fee Refund
The survey fee is non-refundable once the survey process has started.
If a refund request is made before the survey initiation, a nominal administrative fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 15 business days.
3. Product-Related Refunds
Refunds for damaged or defective products delivered through the Superkirana supply chain must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed after verifying the claim and inspecting the returned products, if applicable.
Refunds are not applicable for perishable goods or items explicitly mentioned as non-refundable.
4. Interior and Setup Costs
Payments made for store interiors and setup are non-refundable, as they are custom-made to the franchisee’s requirements.
5. Token Amount Refund
The token amount paid to confirm a franchise is non-refundable after 48 hours of payment.
If a refund request is made within 48 hours, the token amount will be refunded after deducting a 10% administrative fee.
6. Payment Methods and Timeline
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, etc.) and may take 7-15 business days to reflect in your account.
The timeline may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
